摘 要:高速冲压液压机的电机转速控制能力较差,导致液压机无法在短时间内实现稳态运行,造成高速冲压液压机运行稳定性较差的问题,为此,提出基于微分前馈的高速冲压液压机电机伺服控制方法。使用传递函数,构建高速冲压液压机电机数学模型。将数字模型导入MATLAB软件中,使用MT法提取高速冲压液压机电机运行速度参数。使用微分前馈技术,构建电机伺服控制器,实现对高速冲压液压机的控制。构建实验环节,对此方法的应用效果进行分析。实验结果表明,所提方法可在多种环境下实现对高速冲压液压机电机转速的控制,并在最短时间内达到高速冲压液压机稳态运行。The motor speed control ability of the high speed stamping hydraulic press is poor,which makes the hydraulic press unable to achieve steady state operation in a short time,resulting in the problem of poor operation stability of the high speed stamping hydraulic press.A servo control method of the high speed stamping hydraulic press based on differential feedforward is proposed.Using the transfer function,the mathematical model of the motor of the high speed stamping hydraulic press is constructed.The digital model was imported into MATLAB software,and the MT method was used to extract the motor speed parameters of the high speed stamping hydraulic press.Using the differential feedforward technology,the motor servo controller is constructed to realize the control of the high speed stamping hydraulic press.An experimental link is constructed to analyze the application effect of this method.The experimental results show that this method can realize the control of the motor speed of the high speed stamping hydraulic press in various environments and achieve the steady state operation of the high speed stamping hydraulic press in the shortest time.
