摘 要:继续教育服务老龄群体灵活就业既是其社会价值的体现,也是终身教育体系建设的重要内容。通过分析继续教育服务老龄群体灵活就业的现实需要,发现我国继续教育在服务老年群体灵活就业过程中存在顶层制度保障缺位、高校继续教育对老年个体的赋能尚不充分、老年大学课程资源与“老有所为”契合度低、老龄群体封闭思想亟待转变等多重困境,并从“完善继续教育政策内核”“推动高校继续教育与‘老有所为’有机融合”“重构老年大学课程结构,兼顾‘所乐’与‘所为’”“转变老年个体观念,构建‘老年学习共同体’”等方面入手,试图为继续教育服务我国老龄群体的灵活就业问题找寻中国式现代化的突破路径。Continuing education serving the flexible employment of the aging group is the embodiment of its social value and an important part of the construction of lifelong education system.The analysis of the realistic possibilities of continuing education serving the elderly in flexible employment shows that there are multiple difficulties,such as the lack of top-level system guarantee,insufficient empowerment to the elderly individuals by continuing education in universities,the mismatch between cirriculum in elderly universities and the need for worthiness of the elderly,and the closed mindset of the elderly etc.This paper proposes solutions to the problems such as“improving the core of continuing education policy”,“promoting the integration of continuing education in colleges and universities with the need for worthiness of the elderly”,reconstructing the curriculum structure in elderly universities,by combining“happiness”with“worthiness”,changing the concepts of the elderly,and building a“learning community for the elderly”,to provide a breakthrough to modernization with Chinese characteristics for continuing education to serve the flexible employment of the elderly.
