摘 要:目的探索“四位一体”产教融合模式在高职急危重症护理教学中的应用效果。方法构建“四位一体”产教融合模式,将2021年2月至2022年7月,在我院进行急危重症护理课程学习的99名高职护理专业学生作为研究对象。2021年2—7月(2019级)的50名学生为对照组,2022年2—7月(2020级)的49名学生为实验组。实验组应用“四位一体”产教融合教学模式,即组建教学团队、重构教学内容、开展校企实训教学、实施人文思政渗透。对照组应用传统教学模式。采用理论、技能考核,急救核心能力调查进行效果评价。结果实验组护生理论、技能成绩及急救核心能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“四位一体”产教融合模式在急危重症护理教学中的应用有利于提高护生急救核心能力,提升人才培养质量,符合临床实际需求。Objective To explore the application effect of the"Four in One"Industry-education integration model in the teaching of critical nursing in higher vocational colleges.Methods A"four in one"mode of Industry-education integration model was constructed,and 99 students majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges who studied critical nursing courses at our hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The 50 colleges in control group(grade 2019)in February 2021,and the 49 students in experimental group(grade 2020)from February to July 2022.The experimental group applied the"Four in One"Industry-education integration teaching model,which included building a teaching team,reconstructing teaching content,conducting school-enterprise practical training,and implementing humanistic Ideological&Political penetration.The control group applied traditional teaching model.The effectiveness assessment is conducted by theory,skill assessment,and first aid core competency survey.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and core competencies of emergency care in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of the"Four in One"model of industry-education integration in critical nursing teaching is beneficial to improving the core care abilities of nursing students′first aid,enhancing the quality of personnel cultivation,and meeting the actual clinical needs.
