摘  要:为了提高医务人员的绩效考核的精度,提出一种基于层次分析法和BP神经网络的绩效考核模型。首先,通过层次分析法对医院员工绩效考核评价指标进行了提取分析,形成了科学化的评价指标体系;之后,运用专家打分法获取个评价指标和绩效水平数据,并将指标得分作为BP神经网络的输入向量,绩效评价水平作为输出向量,建立AHP-BP的医务人员绩效评价模型。与RBF和RF相比,所构建的基于BP神经网络的绩效考核评价模型精度更高,这对其它企业员工绩效考核具有一定的参考价值。In order to improve the accuracy of medical staff's performance appraisal,a performance appraisal model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and BP neural network was proposed.First of all,the hospital staff performance evaluation index was extracted and analyzed through the analytic hierarchy process,forming a scientific evaluation index system;Then,the expert scoring method is used to obtain the evaluation indicators and performance level data,and the indicator scores are used as the input vector of BP neural network,and the performance evaluation level is used as the output vector to establish the AHP-BP performance evaluation model for medical personnel.Compared with RBF and RF,the performance appraisal model based on BP neural network has higher precision,which has certain reference value for other enterprises'employee performance appraisal.
