线上互动平台嵌合微视频案例教学法运用于中医内科学教学中的实践与思考

摘　　要：微视频案例教学是一种以案例教学法为基础,以线上互动平台为载体的创新教学方式。将理论知识与临床案例有机结合,以微视频的形式引入中医内科学中“鼓胀”章节教学中,将传统的接受式学习转化为直观生动的互动式学习。以线上平台为依托,改革教学方法;以典型案例为引导,强化临床能力;以网络资源为跳板,拓展学生思维,达到了较好的教学效果。Micro video case-based teaching is an innovative teaching approach that builds on case-based teaching methods and utilizes online interactive platforms.This method combines theoretical knowledge with clinical cases and introduces micro videos into the distension section of Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine education.It transforms traditional passive learning into interactive and vivid learning experiences.Leveraging online platforms as the foundation,it reforms teaching methods,employs typical cases to enhance clinical skills,and utilizes online resources to expand students'thinking,resulting in positive teaching outcomes.
