摘  要:目的:探索线上预习、线下练习方式在全科住院医师临床技能培训中的应用及价值。方法:将全科基地培训的35名规培学员作为试验组,接受线上预习、线下练习方式的技能培训;对照组47名学员接受线下集中培训的方式。结果:试验组采用线上预习、线下练习方式的技能培训方式在满意度和考核成绩上都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:线上预习、线下练习相结合的技能培训方式优于传统线下集中教学方式,有利于提高全科规培学员的临床操作技能。Objective:To explore the application and value of online pre-learning and offline practice in clinical skills training for general practitioner residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:Thirty-five residents undergoing general practitioner training at a base hospital were assigned to the experimental group,receiving clinical skills training through online pre-learning and offline practice.A control group of 47 residents received traditional in-person training.Results:The experimental group,which utilized the combined approach of online pre-learning and offline practice,showed higher satisfaction and better performance in assessments compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined approach of online pre-learning and offline practice is superior to traditional in-person training,contributing to the enhancement of clinical skills among general practitioner residents.
