摘 要:目的:探讨在实验诊断学课程中TBL-PBL整合教学法结合双语教学的应用价值。方法:将本校2016级临床医学八年制100名学生作为研究对象,分成试验组和对照组,各50名,试验组采用TBL-PBL整合教学模式结合双语教学,对照组采用传统的以教师授课为中心的授课模式。课程结束后通过教学成绩和不记名的问卷调查评估教学效果。结果:试验组教学成绩明显高于对照组。试验组学生对整合教学法评价较好。结论:TBL-PBL整合教学法结合双语教学显著提高了学生的成绩及自主学习能力和综合分析能力,用于实验诊断学教学中有利于提高教学效率。Objective:To explore the value of applying the TBL-PBL integrated teaching method combined with bilingual instruction in the experimental diagnostic medicine course.Methods:One hundred students majoring in eight-year clinical medicine from our university in the 2016 level were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 students in each group.The experimental group used the TBL-PBL integrated teaching method combined with bilingual instruction,while the control group received traditional teacher-centered teaching.After the course,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through teaching performance and anonymous questionnaire surveys.Results:The experimental group achieved significantly higher teaching performance compared to the control group.Students in the experimental group rated the integrated teaching method positively.Conclusion:The TBL-PBL integrated teaching method combined with bilingual instruction significantly improved students'academic performance,self-directed learning abilities,and analytical skills,enhancing teaching efficiency in experimental diagnostic medicine.
