摘 要:目的:探讨“微信平台+面授”的混合式教学方法在核医学教学中的效果。方法:选取40名医学影像学本科生为研究对象,随机分为试验组(混合式教学)20名和对照组(传统教学)20名,对实践教学效果进行评价。结果:在教学结束后对两组学生的课堂测试成绩、期末理论成绩进行比较,试验组均优于对照组,两组课堂测试成绩(满分60分)为(57.15±1.08)vs(51.30±1.03),期末理论成绩(满分100分)为(91.61±1.07)vs(81.70±2.17),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生课堂表现比较:试验组11名(55.0%)表现积极,对照组7名(35.0%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组学生教学效果满意度调查比较:试验组13名(65.0%)满意,优于对照组的4名(20.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“微信平台+面授”的混合式教学法能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣和学业成绩。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a blended teaching approach involving the WeChat platform+face-to-face in nuclear medicine education.Methods:A total of 40 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging were randomly divided into an experimental group(blended teaching)of 20 students and a control group(traditional teaching)of 20 students,and the effectiveness of practical teaching was evaluated.Results:After the teaching period,the test scores and final theoretical exam scores of both groups were compared.The experimental group outperformed the control group in both test scores(60 points):[(57.15±1.08)vs(51.30±1.03)]and final theoretical exam scores(100 points):[(91.61±1.07)vs(81.70±2.17)],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Classroom performance was compared between the two groups,with 11 students(55.0%)in the experimental group showing positive performance compared to 7 students(35.0%)in the control group;however,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction survey of teaching effectiveness showed that 13 students(65.0%)in the experimental group were satisfied,which was better than the 4 students(20.0%)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended teaching method of WeChat platform+face-to-face effectively improves students'learning interest and academic performance.
