势、道、术——应用型本科高校人才培养观论略

摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化对我国教育的传承发展有着深远的影响。“势、道、术”是中国传统文化里特有的文化范畴,应用型本科教育的发展可以从中汲取养料,走出一条有中国烙印的教育发展之路。在分析“势、道、术”的内涵和关系的基础上对应用型本科在实践中的“势、道、术”进行层层分析,提出应用型本科教育要在遵循教育“道”的前提下,把握教育、学科、专业、职业生涯发展的大“势”,且要“道术”并重,以“道”统“术”、以“术”得“道”,在遵循教育规律和价值观引领的前提下,精通并践行“术”中得“道”。以期对应用型本科教育的发展有所借鉴。The excellent traditional culture of China has a profound influence on the inheritance and development of Chinese education.Trend,law of nature and way are the unique category in Chinese traditional culture.The development of the applied-oriented undergraduate education can get nourishment from it and walk on the way to education development with the characteristic of China.Based on the analysis of the meaning and relationship among them,the paper tries to recommend that applied-oriented undergraduate education should analyze the essence of trend,law of nature and way.Therefore,the applied-oriented undergraduate education should grasp the general trend of the education,subjects,profession and professional career under the premise of following the education.The aim is to cultivate talents with integration of Trend,Law of Nature and Way.
