摘 要:伴随着“互联网+教育”时代的到来和“双高计划”的全面实施,对高职院校教师能力提出了更高的要求,对传统教师能力培养模式产生了巨大的挑战。本文界定了高职院校教师能力的内涵及特点,分析了高职院校教师能力培养的现状及根源,构建了“六步五合三保三度双元提升”教师教学能力培养体系,对于丰富高职院校师资队伍建设理论和对同类高职院校教师能力培养提供了参考和借鉴。With the arrival of the era of"Internet Plus Education"and the full implementation of the"Double High Plan",which refers to the plan for the construction of high level vocational colleges and professions with Chinese characteristics,higher requirements have been put forward for the ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,posing a huge challenge to the traditional model of teachers'ability training.This paper defines the connotation and characteristics of teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation and root causes of teachers'ability training in higher vocational colleges,and constructs a teachers'teaching ability training system featuring"six steps,five combinations,three guarantees,three degrees and dual improvement",serving as a reference for enriching the theory of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges and for teachers'ability training in higher vocational colleges of the same level.
