摘  要:“食用香精制备”课程是香料香精技术与工程专业的实践必修课,是“香料感官品评”课程的延续,亦是“食用香精创新”的先导课程。作为一门理论与实践紧密结合的课程,“食用香精制备”课程具备鲜明的思政元素。结合思政教育的要求和专业课程的特色,分析“食用香精制备”课程进行思政教学的必要性和可行性,探讨思政元素的融入方法和课程思政的实践途径,为培育德才兼备的行业人才提供新思路。The course Flavor Preparation,a required course for perfume and aroma technology and engineering,is a follow-up course for Flavor Sensory Evaluation,as well as a prerequisite course for Flavor Innovation.As a course of both theory and practice,Flavor Preparation contains ideological and political elements.Based on the requirements of ideological and political education and characteristics of professional courses,the necessity and feasibility of ideological and political teaching for the course Flavor Preparation were analyzed.Furthermore,ways to integrate and practice ideological and political teaching in this course were also discussed,which may provide reference for talent cultivation.
