中外双导师模式下“三创”国际化药学拔尖人才培养探究

摘　　要：通过依托“双一流”学科建设平台以及“高端外专”等国际合作项目,暨南大学药学院药物分析学科与世界知名高校、研究院所、生产研发企业深度合作,充分发挥合作双方人才培养理念上互补的优势,深化研究生课程建设、联合授课、学分互换和学位互认等领域的合作,构建“三创”融合的全链式药物分析国际化药学拔尖人才培养模式。By relying on the“Double First-Class”discipline construction platform and international cooperation projects such as“High-end Foreign Experts”,the College of Pharmacy at Jinan University collaborates extensively with world-renowned universities,research institutes,and pharmaceutical research and development enterprises in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.The complementary advantages of talent cultivation philosophies are fully leveraged,strengthening and deepening cooperation in research student curriculum development,joint teaching,credit exchange,and degree recognition.Integrating the“Three Innovations”pattern,this paper constructs a comprehensive chain-style international pharmaceutical analytical talent cultivation model.
