摘  要:为确定螺栓组预紧工艺对重型越野车辆传动系统装配精度的影响,建立了传动系统预紧工艺仿真模型,分析了螺栓预紧工艺对装配误差的影响方式,设计并优化了螺栓组装配工艺方案.基于有限元仿真将不同装配工艺方案对装配误差的影响进行了对比,研究结果表明:当使用优化预紧顺序和三级预紧(30%,80%,100%)时的装配误差最小,本研究可为复杂零件装配工艺设计提供参考.To determine the influence of bolt group tightening process on the assembly accuracy of the transmission system of heavy off-road vehicles,a tightening process simulation model of the transmission system was established.The influence of bolt tightening process on assembly errors was studied,and the assembly process plan of bolt group was designed and optimized.Based on finite element simulation,the impact of different assembly process solutions on assembly errors was compared.Research results show that the assembly error was the minimum when using optimized preloading sequence and three-level preloading(30%,80%,100%),and this study provides a reference for the design of complex parts assembly processes.
