摘 要:当前幼儿园初任教师培训课程存在重理论知识、轻实践操作的现象,不利于幼儿园初任教师实现适应期内胜任工作的目标。本文基于自上而下的需求分析认为,实践导向的职后培训课程是实现幼儿园初任教师主动学习的主要方式之一。因此,基于陶行知“教学做合一”和自我导向学习理论,尝试构建实践导向的幼儿园初任教师培训课程体系,以多元化的课程实施路径满足幼儿园初任教师在职培训的参与感、实践感和体验感,提升幼儿园初任教师培训的针对性和实效性,为我国幼儿园教师的高质量发展提供支持与保障。The current kindergarten novice teacher training curriculum has a tendency to emphasize theoretical knowledge rather than practical operation,which is not conducive to the adaptation period of kindergarten teachers to achieve the goal of competent work.Based on the top-down demand analysis,this paper concludes that the practice-oriented after-service training curriculum is one of the main ways to realize the active learning of kindergarten novice teachers.According to Tao Xingzhi's theory of"integration of teaching,learning and practice"and self-oriented learning,this paper tries to construct a practice-oriented kindergarten novice teacher training curriculum system.Diversified curriculum implementation paths can satisfy the sense of participation,practice and experience of in-service training for kindergarten novice teachers,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of kindergarten teacher training,and provide supports and guarantee for the high-quality development of kindergarten teachers in China.
