摘  要:教师专业发展是教师队伍建设的重要内容,教师进修院校是提升教师专业化水平的主阵地。四平市教育学院通过专业调研分析,全面了解班主任队伍现状和成长需求,根据教师专业发展的不同阶段对教师培养和培训进行整体设计,坚持理论与实践相统一,探索教师培训新模式——“研培结合”培训模式,通过专题讲座,突出专家引领作用;通过骨干班主任评选,提升参培教师参与度;通过参观基地校,让参培教师感受名校风采,开阔眼界;通过深入课堂观摩名师教学,加强参培教师的听评课水平和课堂教学水平。培训方式由粗放转向精准,体现了教师继续教育的连续性、一体化需求。Teacher's professional development is an important part of teaching staff construction.Teachers'college for vocational studies is the main front to improve the professional level of teachers.Siping Institute of Education comprehensively understand the current situation and growth needs of the head teacher team through professional research and analysis.According to the different stages of teacher professional development and overall design for teacher training,Siping Institute of Education insists on the unity of theory and practice,then explores a new mode of teacher training,i.e."integration of research and training"training mode.The leading role of experts is highlighted through special lectures;the participation of participating teachers is enhanced through the selection of core head teachers;the participating teachers'horizon is broadened through visiting base schools and feeling the charm of famous schools;the attending and evaluating level and teaching level of participating teachers are strengthened by delving into the classroom and observing the teaching methods of top teachers.The training mode has changed from extensive patterns to precise patterns,which reflects the continuity and integration needs of teacher continuing education.
