职业技能竞赛对高职学生综合素质培养的意义

摘　　要：职业技能竞赛是高职教育教学的重要组成部分,它能够提升学生学习能力和职业素质,培养工匠精神,增强团结协作意识。为培养高技能人才,高职院校要构建职业技能竞赛长效机制,将职业技能竞赛赛项与课程内容相结合,将技能竞赛与学分制改革相结合,将职业技能竞赛与学生社团和校级比赛相结合,充分发挥职业技能竞赛在提高学生综合素质方面的重要作用,起到“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改”的效果。Vocational skills competition is an important part of higher vocational education teaching,which can improve students' learning ability and professional quality,cultivate craftsmanship spirit,and enhance the sense of solidarity and cooperation.To cultivate high-skilled talents,vocational colleges should build a long-term mechanism of vocational skills competition,integrate the vocational skills competition with the course content,the credit system reform,and student associations and school-level competitions,and give full play to the important role of vocational skills competition in improving the comprehensive quality of students,achieving the effect of“promoting teaching,learning and reform through competition”.
