摘 要:目的探讨分层护理管理措施对护士心理素质的影响。方法选择2022年1—12月德州市陵城区人民医院院内就职的40名护士为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组,每组20名。对照组采取常规护理管理,研究组采取分层护理管理,对比两组护理管理效果。结果管理后,研究组护理后心理素质评分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理后护理质量评分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理后工作压力评分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护士采取分层护理管理措施,可改善护士心理素质,提高护士护理工作质量,减少护士的工作压力。Objective To explore the impact of hierarchical nursing management measures on the psychological quality of nurses.Methods From January to December 2022,40 nurses working in the hospital of Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into groups according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the study group was given stratified nursing management.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the psychological quality score of the study group after nursing was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score after management in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-management work pressure score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting hierarchical nursing management measures for nurses can improve the psychological quality of nurses,improve the quality of nursing work,reduce the work pressure of nurses.
