基于4R问题分析法的AT-AC案例教学模式及其应用研究——以“跨文化商务交际”课程为例

摘　　要：案例教学法在实际运用中存在不少误区和问题,需借助教学模式加以解决。本研究旨在探索与案例教学法匹配的教学模式,借助文献、问卷调研和教学行动反思,经三轮实践迭代,形成了“基于4R问题分析法的AT-AC案例教学模式”。该模式以思维训练为主体,以任务产出为驱动,以评价反馈为引导,打通了教学各环节。该模式发展和应用于大学英语课程“跨文化商务交际”,三年课程效果数据显示,提升了教学效果,全面地发展了学生各项预期能力。Many problems emerge in the implementation of case-teaching approach,which need to be addressed by building corresponding teaching models.This study aims to explore a teaching model that matches the case teaching approach.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,and teaching reflections,with three rounds of iteration in practice,the“AT-AC case teaching model based on 4R problem-analyzing framework”was developed.This model,with a focus on thinking training,driven by task outputs and guided by evaluation feedback,integrates important steps in the teaching process.It was developed and applied in a college English course called“Intercultural Business Communication”.Research data of three years shows that it has significantly improved the teaching effectiveness and developed students’overall competence as aimed.
