摘　　要：医药院校开设的仪器分析实验是以培养药学专业人才的基本操作技能和观察、分析问题能力为目标的实践类课程,以文献调研和多年的教学经验为基础,深入分析研究了仪器分析实验课程体系的建设内容,并从整合与创新教学内容和教学方法的角度出发系统的论述了如何优化构建出综合性和创新性强的仪器分析实验课程体系。仪器分析实验课程新体系的建立丰富实验课程内容体系的同时提升了仪器分析课程的功能和地位,更加符合药学专业的培养方案,对培养合格药学专业人才有积极作用。Instrumental analysis experiment in medical colleges and universities is a practical course aiming at cultivating the basic operation skills and the ability of observing and analyzing problems of pharmaceutical professionals, based on literature survey and years of teaching experience, the authors of this paper analyze and study in depth the construction content of the instrumentation analysis experimental course system, and systematically discuss how to optimize the construction of a comprehensive and innovative instrumentation analysis experimental course system from the perspective of integrating and innovating teaching contents and teaching methods. The establishment of the new experimental course system of instrumental analysis enriches the content system of the experimental course and enhances the function and status of the instrumental analysis course, which is more in line with the training program of pharmacy and has a positive effect on the cultivation of qualified pharmaceutical professionals.
