摘 要:党和国家高度重视特殊教育发展,形成了具有中国特色的教育安置形式,保障了特殊儿童受教育权利。通过梳理其内涵意蕴可知,中国式特殊儿童教育安置体现了一定的历史使命、个体权益与行动价值等特点。然而,目前特殊儿童教育安置存在形式渐进性缺失、支持条件专业性匮乏、文化环境接纳度不足等困囿,制约了我国特殊教育高质量发展。中国式特殊儿童教育安置实践的优化路径,主要包括遵循递进式特殊儿童教育安置逻辑、秉持最少受限制原则与开放性原则、完善特殊儿童多样化教育安置形式、营造包容与接纳的全方位融合、构建五位一体的教育安置支持体系。Communist Party of China and the state attach great importance to the development of special education,and have formed an educational placement model with Chinese characteristics to protect the educational rights of children with special needs.By sorting out its connotation,it is found that the educational placement of children with special needs in Chinese style embodies certain characteristics of historical mission,individual rights and interests,action value,and so on.However,the current educational placement of children with special needs suffers from a lack of progressive forms,a lack of professional support conditions,and a lack of cultural acceptance,which restrict the high-quality development of special education in China.The optimization path of educational placement of children with special needs in Chinese style mainly includes following the progressive logic of special children’s education placement,upholding the principle of least restriction and openness,improving the diversified forms of special children’s education placement,creating a comprehensive integration of inclusiveness and acceptance,and building a five-in-one education placement support system.
