国内高校网络思想政治工作队伍研究述评

摘　　要：基于对高校网络思想政治工作队伍相关的核心期刊,以及国家的相关政策进行整理分析,现阶段高校网络思想政治工作队伍研究的成果主要体现在五个方面:一是从队伍结构上将高校网络思政队伍划分为教师群体和学生群体,具有理论工作者、技术工作者、监督工作者的三重身份.二是从队伍基本要求上提出了素质和能力两方面具体要求.三是从队伍建设标准上分出政治、业务、作风等多方面标准.四是从问题看,在部门队伍、工作要求、队伍结构、管理机制等方面指出队伍建设存在的不足.五是从队伍规划、队伍培训、工作需求、体制机制等方面着手推动队伍发展.经过梳理发现目前关于高校网络思想政治工作队伍的研究体系还不健全,深度和广度有所欠缺,研究方法较单一,未来还需要在厘清基础问题、打破固化局面、拓展研究视域和加强实证研究方面继续发力.Based on the collation and analysis of the core journals related to the ideological and political workforce of network of colleges and universities and the relevant policies of the state,the results of the research at the present stage are mainly reflected in five aspects:First,the ideological and political workforce of colleges and universities is divided into the group of teachers and the group of students from the structure of the workforce with the triple identities of theorist,technician,and supervision worker.Second,the basic requirements of the team put forward specific requirements in terms of quality and ability.Third,it is divided into politics,business,style and other aspects of the team construction standards.Fourth,it still needs to improve in the departmental team,work requirements,team structure,management mechanism and other aspects of the team building deficiencies.Fifth,it is necessary to promote the development of the team from the team planning,team training,work demand,institutional mechanisms and other aspects.The current research system is not sound,and the depth and breadth are lacking.The research method is relatively single,so it is necessary to continue to make efforts to clarify the basic issues,break the solidified situation,expand the research horizon and strengthen the empirical research.
