摘  要:开展多样化教学研究与实践是社会多元化发展的需要,多样化教学已在高等教育各学科教学中发挥了重要作用.文章根据医学院校制药工程专业的特点和五年来“药物分离与纯化技术”理论与实验教学经验,开展多样化教学研究,从课程的特点和教学现状、师资队伍建设、理论课程教学、实验技能教学、考核方式的多样化等方面探讨了“药物分离纯化技术”多样化教学,并应用于实际教学工作中.研究结果表明:多样化教学显著激发了学生学习兴趣,提高了学生成绩和综合素质.The development of diversified teaching is necessary for the diversified development of society,and cultivating talents who meet the needs of social development requires continuous reform and development of teaching.Diversified teaching has played an important role in various disciplines teaching in higher education.According to the characteristics of the major of pharmaceutical engineering in medical universities and the five years of theory and experiment teaching experience in drug separation and purification technology,diversified teaching was carried.The diversified teaching of drug separation and purification technology has been discussed,including course characteristics and present teaching situation,team construction of teachers,teaching of theory course,experimental skills teaching,the diversification of assessment methods and so on.The results show that diversified teaching has significantly stimulated students'interest in learning,and improved their academic performance and overall quality.They also expressed affirmation and support for diversified teaching in the survey of students'satisfaction with teaching effectiveness.
