新时代高校弘扬劳模精神的价值意蕴及路径探析

摘　　要：劳模精神具有鲜明的理论特色和实践基础,它承继于马克思主义劳动观的理论逻辑,源发于中华优秀传统文化的深厚积淀并厚植于中国共产党对劳模褒扬的伟大探索之中。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,在新时代弘扬劳模精神有利于培育时代新人,引领高校劳动教育,引导大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。在弘扬和培育大学生劳模精神的过程中,高校应充分发挥课程思政育人的主渠道作用,营造弘扬劳模精神的良好氛围及不断创新弘扬劳模精神的育人体系。The spirit of model workers has distinct theoretical characteristics and practical basis.It inherits the theoretical logic of Marxist labor concept,originates from the profound accumulation of Chinese excellent traditional culture and is deeply rooted in the great exploration of the Communist Party of China on the praise of model workers.As the cradle of talent training,colleges and universities carry forward the spirit of model workers in the new era,which is conducive to cultivating new people in the new era,leading labor education in colleges and universities,and guiding college students to cultivate and practice socialist core values.In the process of carrying forward and cultivating the spirit of college students’model workers,colleges and universities should give full play to the role of the main channel of curriculum ideological and political education,create a good atmosphere for carrying forward the spirit of model workers and constantly innovate the education system for carrying forward the spirit of model workers.
