摘  要:新时代文化创意产业的快速发展对文创人才培养提出了新要求。“工匠精神”是技能人才的价值取向,对培养新时代的文创人才具有重要导向作用。立足“工匠精神”融入文创人才培养的必要性与可行性,构建融合“工匠精神”元素的文创人才培养路径体系:明确“双创能力”与“双向视野”的“双素质”育人目标,实施理论实践结合与产教融合的“双机制”育人方式,打造“文创+环境”与“文创+活动”的“双氛围”育人场景,发挥政策资源与现代科技的“双驱动”育人作用,突出过程性评价和发展性评价的“双价值”考核理念。The rapid development of cultural and creative industries in the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of cultural creative talents.“Craftsmanship spirit”is the value orientation of skilled talents,which has an important guiding function for cultivating cultural creative talents in the new era.Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of the integration of“craftsmanship spirit”into the cultivation of cultural creative talents,this paper proposes the path of constructing a“dual system”cultural creative talent training system that integrates the elements of“craftsmanship spirit”,namely:clarifying the“dual quality”education goal of“dual creative ability”and“two-way vision”,implementing the education method of combining reason and reality and integrating industry and education,creating a“dual atmosphere”education scene of“cultural creativity+environment”and“cultural creativity+activities”,giving full play to the“dual drive”education role of policy resources and modern science and technology,highlighting the“dual value”education evaluation concept of process evaluation and developmental evaluation.
