摘　　要：《尉缭子》是一部论兵之作,但也有不少思想更靠近法家,显示出战国晚期的部分特征。该书在战争观方面,注重“义战”和“人事”;在治军方面,强调明法和审令;在战争指导思想方面,对攻守之道等作战方法也有所探讨。因有独到见解和主张,该书被列为《武经七书》,成为将帅的必读之书。Wei Liao Zi is a book on military science.However,it also has many ideas closer to the legalism,which show some characteristics of the late Warring States Period.In terms of war concept,the book focuses on"righteous war"and"personnel".In terms of governance of the army,it emphasizes the laws and trials.In terms of war guidance,it also discusses combat methods such as offensive and defensive ways.Because of its unique insights and claims,the book is listed among Seven Classical Military Works,and becomes a mustread book for military generals.
