摘　　要：以社会文化学习理论为指导,以大学青年英语教师为例,分析其教学能力的实际情况,利用网络平台和信息技术,构建基于混合式学习共同体的教师互助学习模式。通过实践研究,采用定量法和定性法分析结果,验证了基于混合式学习共同体的教师互助学习模式有助于增强青年教师的归属感和认同感,全面提升大学青年教师的教学能力。Guided by sociocultural learning theory,taking young English teachers in colleges as an example,the actual situation of their teaching ability is analyzed.By utilizing online platforms and information technology,a teacher mutual learning model based on hybrid learning community is constructed.Through practical research,using quantitative and qualitative analysis of results,it is verified that the teacher mutual learning model based on hybrid learning community helps to enhance the sense of belonging and identification of young teachers,and comprehensively improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges.
