摘 要:校企协同育人的实战教学,需要重构教学体系,重整教育秩序,会导致学生对实战教学出现认知偏差、适应性难、执行弱化、考核片面化等问题。思政引领的实战教学学生管理体制机制创新,以价值引领、能力提升、综合素养提高为目标;以围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生为教学理念;以企业教师、教师党员和学生党员形成的网格化小组为管理体系,结合问题导向(PBL)和精细化管理方法;突出学生思政素养的考核和评价,有效提升了高职人才培养质量。The practical teaching of cooperative education between schools and enterprises needs to reconstruct the teaching system and restructure the educational order,which will lead to students'cognitive deviation,difficult adaptability,weak implementation,and one-sided assessment.Ideological and political guidance of practical teaching students management system and mechanism innovation is featured with value guidance,ability improvement,comprehensive quality improvement as the goal and centering on students,caring for students and serving students as the teaching philosophy.The grid group of enterprise teachers,teacher party members and student party members is the management system,and the problem oriented(PBL)and fine management method are combined.It highlights the examination and evaluation of students'ideological and political accomplishment and effectively improve the quality of vocational personnel training.
