自制滴丸器在中药本科滴丸剂实验教学中的应用考察

摘　　要：目的:滴丸剂制备是《中药药剂学》实验教学重要内容之一,利用直观、操作简单的设备,制备合格的滴丸剂,以达到实验教学目的。方法:设计研发简易滴丸器(已获专利),使其具有操作简便,制备过程直观,学生参与度高,仪器小巧环保、节约的优点。制备苏冰滴丸,中药组方:苏合香脂、冰片、聚乙二醇6000,冷却液为液体石蜡。结果:滴丸外观圆润、均匀,重量差异符合《中国药典》(2020版)制剂要求。结论:实验教学效果良好,可满足滴丸制剂实验教学。Objective:The preparation of drop pills is one of the important contents of experimental teaching in Chinese Pharmaceutics,which is use intuitive and easy-to-operate equipment to prepare qualified drop pills to achieve the experimental teaching objectives.Methods:Design and develop a simple pill dropper(patented),which has the advantages of simple operation,intuitive preparation process,high student participation,compact and environmentally friendly instrument,and economy.For Su Bing(Storax-borneol)dropping pills,Chinese medicine compound:su he xiang zhi(Storax),bing pian(borneol),Polyethylene Glycol 6000,and liquid paraffin.Results:The appearance of the dripping pills is smooth and moisten,and the weight difference meets the preparation requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020).Conclusion:The experimental teaching effect is good and can meet the requirements of experimental teaching for drip pills.
