基于产教融合的商科“活”案例教学模式

摘　　要：新时代大学生的情感与行为特征对既有教育理念和教学模式提出了诸多挑战,基于产教融合开展商科案例教学模式探索是在课堂上“讲好中国故事”的一个前沿教学课题。在分析新时代大学生情感与行为特征、产教融合机会与挑战的基础上,提出并定义“活”案例的概念,探讨商科“活”案例教学模式创新。研究及教学检验成果表明:区别于书本的教学案例,“活”案例指教师实地研究的企业案例;区别于组织学生的企业参访,“活”案例教学模式是以企业正在开展的管理实践为内容的教学活动过程,包括构建“活”案例教学的一系列课堂教学设计、实施、方法与评估;基于产教融合的商科“活”案例教学模式是适应数字经济时代大学生对课堂教学创新需求的一种新的教学模式尝试。The emotional and behavioral characteristics of college students in the new era pose many challenges to the existing educational concepts and teaching models.The exploration of business case teaching models based on the integration of industry and education is a frontier teaching topic of telling China's stories in the classroom.Based on the analysis of the emotional and behavioral characteristics of college students in the new era and the opportunities and challenges of integration of industry and education,this paper proposes and defines the concept of“live”cases,and discusses the innovation of the“live”case teaching model of business.The research and teaching tests have shown that,unlike the teaching cases in textbooks,“live”cases refer to those of enterprises that teachers study on the spot.Different from the enterprise visits organized for students,such a case teaching model is a process of teaching activities,with management practices being carried out by enterprises as the content.It includes a series of classroom teaching design,implementation,method and evaluation.Based on the integration of industry and education,this is a new teaching model,attempting to meet the demands of college students in the new era for the innovation of classroom teaching.
