摘　　要：精神扶贫作为资助育人体系中的关键一环,日益成为满足个体发展需求、落实教育公平的重要抓手。然而,由于社会合力缺欠、制度体系缺位、精神扶贫理念缺失以及内生动力缺乏,高职院校贫困生的精神贫困问题日益突出,存在价值取向错误、思想道德素质不高、思维方式落后、行为模式逾矩、心理问题多发等问题。为有效破解高职院校贫困生精神扶贫的内外困境,必须打好“组合拳”。通过转变扶贫理念,发挥内源扶贫功用;重构扶贫模式,加大支持系统;增加制度供给,完善制度法规;配齐建强队伍,提升工作实效,推进高职院校贫困生精神扶贫工作有序开展。As a key part of the financial-aid education system,spiritual poverty alleviation has increasingly become an important grip for implementing educational equity.However,due to the lack of social cooperation,the lack of institutional system,the lack of the concept of spiritual poverty alleviation and the lack of endogenous motivation,the problems of spiritual poverty among poor students in higher vocational colleges are becoming more and more prominent,such as wrong value orientation,poor ideological and moral quality,backward way of thinking,overstepping behavior patterns and psychological problems.In order to effectively crack the internal and external difficulties of poverty alleviation for poor students in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to make a good“combination fist”and promote the work of poverty alleviation for poor students in higher vocational colleges by changing the concept of poverty alleviation and giving full play to the function of endogenous poverty alleviation,reconstructing the poverty alleviation mode and increasing the support system,increasing institutional supply and improving institutional regulations,building a well-qualified team,improving work efficiency,and promoting the orderly development of spiritual poverty alleviation work for poor students in higher vocational colleges.
