摘 要:大学基础化学实验教学中加强对学生“三基”实践能力的培养十分重要,在现有大学化学实验课程建设成果的基础上进一步研究开发新型教学实验成为提升实验教学质量的有益探索。以“1-甲基-1-环己醇的合成与结构鉴定”实验课开设为例,通过采取线上、线下相结合模式开展格氏试剂合成反应的实验教学实践,并以提高产品收率为目的通过控制变量法对实验室制备1-甲基-1-环己醇的反应条件进行了优化,实验课程教学改革取得了预期的成效,对学生科研基本能力及综合能力的培养和提升具有重要意义。It is very important to strengthen the cultivation of students'"three basics"practical abilities in basic chemistry experimental teaching in universities.Further research and development of new teaching experiments based on the existing achievements of university chemistry experimental course construction has become a beneficial exploration to improve the quality of experimental teaching.Taking the experimental course"Synthesis and Structure Identification of 1-methyl-1-cyclohexanol"as an example,the teaching practice of Grignard reagent synthesis reaction was carried out through a combination of online and offline modes.With the aim of improving product yield,the reaction conditions for preparing 1-methyl-1-cyclohexanol in the laboratory were optimized by controlling variables.The experimental course teaching reform achieved the expected results,The cultivation and improvement of students'basic and comprehensive scientific research abilities are of great significance.
