“五育融合”视域下高职商科专业群人才培养的现状及对策

摘  要:当前,高职院校商科专业群在“五育融合”方面已开展了一些工作,取得了一定的成果,但也存在以下四个方面的主要问题:一是认识不够深刻,重视程度不够;二是智育一家独大,其他明显不足;三是五育互相割裂,未能实现融合;四是社会合作不够,缺乏协同育人。下一步,高职院校商科专业群应从以下几个方面应对:一是提高思想认识,落实国家政策;二是做好统筹规划,践行三全育人;三是推进三教改革,实施课程五育;四是加大社会合作,实行协同育人;五是鼓励学生参与,发挥主体作用。At present,the business specialty group in higher vocational colleges has carried out some related work in the"five education integration"and achieved certain results,but there are also the following four main problems:Firstly,the understanding of the integration of the five education is not comprehensive enough,and it has not been given enough attention;Secondly,it pays too much attention to intellectual education,and lacks of attention to other education;Thirdly,the five educations are separated from each other and fail to achieve integration;Fourthly,social cooperation is not enough and lacks of collaborative education.It is suggested that,the business specialty group in higher vocational colleges should improve the related work from the following aspects that we schould first,improve ideological understanding and implement national policies;second,increase social cooperation and implement collaborative education;third,carry out overall planning and implement three-wide education;fourth,carry out reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,implement the integration of five educations in curriculum;fifth,guide students to play the main role in talent training and actively participate in various activities.
