高职院校特色发展理念、机制和模式的探索实践——以襄阳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校要坚持改革创新,探索实施先进的办学理念、机制和模式,在实现自身高水平建设的同时,服务和支撑地方经济社会高质量发展。襄阳职业技术学院探索形成了“立德树人、以用立业”的办学理念,“三会主导、四方联动”的办学机制,“产教融合、校企合作”的办学模式,且以此为指导,实施了具有鲜明职教特色的人才培养模式、科技服务模式、社会培训模式、创新创业实践模式、技能养成辐射模式,有力促进了高职教育高质量发展,得到社会的广泛认可。Higher vocational colleges should persist in reform and innovation,explore and implement advanced school-running concept,mechanism and mode,and serve and support the high-quality development of local economy and society while realizing high-level construction.Xiangyang Polytechnic has developed a school-running philosophy of"cultivating talents with high morality and starting careers in practice",a school-running mechanism of"three committees leading,four-way linkage",and a school-running model of"industry and education integration,school-enterprise cooperation".Under the guidance of this,we have carried out the talents cultivating model,the service model of science and technology,the social training model,the practice model of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the transmission model of skills developing with distinctive features of vocational education,which has effectively promoted the high-quality development of higher vocational education and has been highly praised by the society.
