摘 要:本文采用亲职压力简表和养育效能感量表对16058名学前儿童父母进行问卷调查,研究发现:学前儿童父母在亲职压力、养育效能感上均存在显著的群体内差异,亲职压力可分为低压力型、中压力型、高压力型和严重压力型4个潜在类型;养育效能感可分为低平衡型、高平衡型、高满足低效能型和低满足高效能型4个潜在类型。养育效能感的潜在类型、母亲受教育程度、居住地区、家庭结构、孩子数量、育儿方式显著影响学前儿童父母亲职压力的潜在分类。本研究将对缓解学前儿童父母的亲职压力,提升学前儿童家庭教育质量,促进学前儿童的健康发展,提供有效的指导。The Parenting Efficacy Scale and the Parenting Stress Short Form were used in this study of 16058 parents of preschool-aged children.According to the outcomes,parental stress and parental efficacy differed significantly within this group.There are four possible types of parental stress:low,medium,high,and severe stress.Likewise,there are four potential types of parental efficacy:low balance,high balance,high satisfaction and low efficacy and low satisfaction and high efficacy.The classification of the degree parenting stress was greatly influenced by a number of variables,including parenting styles,number of children,family structure,place of residence,mother’s educational attainment,and level of parenting efficacy.By reducing parenting stress among parents of preschoolers and promoting the development of preschoolers in a healthy way,this research will improve the quality of preschool-aged children’s growth and development within the family.
