摘  要:时速250 km以上高速铁路采用有砟轨道结构应用前景广阔,但缺乏基于实车动态测试的现场验证。为此,结合某高速铁路有砟轨道路基基床结构,针对级配碎石基床表层及全断面沥青混凝土+级配碎石基床表层,选择典型路段进行速度从10 km/h递增至290 km/h的现场实车动态测试,基于测试数据进行两种表层结构基床的动力稳定评价及适应性分析。结果表明:(1)二者振动位移基本一致,最大值约为0.17 mm,远小于规范限值1 mm;(2)路基面动应力最大值为级配碎石基床67.32 kPa、沥青混凝土+级配碎石基床56.28 kPa,均小于规范限值0.4Pj(80 kPa);(3)根据测试数据拟合得到路基面动应力速度影响系数为0.003,满足高铁无缝线路不超过0.003要求;(4)级配碎石表层和全断面沥青混凝土+级配碎石表层均适用于高速铁路基床结构,但后者动应力扩散效果优于前者。The application of ballasted track structure for high⁃speed railway above 250 km/h is promising,but there is a lack of on⁃site validation based on the dynamic test of real vehicles.For this reason,in combination with the ballasted track subgrade bed structure of a high⁃speed railway,the dynamic test was carried out on a typical road section with the speed ranging from 10 km/h to 290 km/h for the graded crushed stone subgrade bed surface layer and the full⁃section asphalt concrete+graded crushed stone subgrade bed surface layer,based on which,the evaluation of the dynamical stability of the two types of surface structure of the subgrade beds and the analysis of the adaptability were carried out.The results show that:(1)the vibration displacements of the two are basically the same,with the maximum value of about 0.17 mm,which is much smaller than the normative limit value of 1 mm;(2)the maximum values of dynamic stresses on the subgrade surface is 67.32 kPa for graded crushed stone subgrade,and 56.28 kPa for asphalt concrete+graded crushed stone subgrade,which are all smaller than the normative limit value of 0.4Pj(80 kPa);(3)according to the test data,the dynamic stress velocity influence coefficient is 0.003,which meets the requirement of no more than 0.003 for high⁃speed railway seamless lines;(4)both graded gravel surface layer and full⁃section asphalt concrete+graded gravel surface layer are suitable for high⁃speed railway subgrade bed structure,but the latter dynamic stress diffusion effect is better than the former.
