摘  要:运用ADAMS/Car创建整车虚拟样机模型,在B级、C级路面设定不同车速激励进行平顺性仿真试验。针对进一步优化汽车平顺性的问题,采用ADAMS/Insight试验设计功能中的曲面响应分析法,对前悬架弹簧下安装点的硬点坐标进行仿真计算,获得优化后的硬点坐标和悬架结构设计参数。同时进行仿真试验研究分析,结果表明优化后的汽车行驶平顺性有明显改善,提高了乘客乘坐的舒适性。This paper uses ADAMS/Car to create a virtual prototype model of the whole vehicle.Ride comfort simulation test is carried out on the B-level and C-level road surfaces with different vehicle speed excitations.In order to further optimize the vehicle ride comfort,We use the surface response analysis method in the experimental design function of ADAMS/Insight,the hard point coordinates of the front suspension spring’s lower installation point are simulated and calculated.It obtains the optimized hard point coordinates and suspension structure design parameters.At the same time,the simulation test research and analysis are carried out,and the results show that the vehicle ride comfort is significantly improved,and the comfort of passengers is improved.
