摘 要:为了提高液压滑台的控制精度,设计了一种液压滑台自适应控制系统。以液压缸、换向阀为硬件核心完成了滑台的液压系统设计,并利用FluidSIM进行了原理仿真。利用位移传感器、比例反馈换节搭建了自适应控制系统,在对滑台位移量进行自动实时检测的同时,通过对比例换向阀的有效控制,实现液压滑台的自适应调节,提高了控制精度。利用AMESim软件完成了一般与自适应控制系统的仿真模型,并分别进行了系统仿真。通过对比发现在不同速度与载荷的连续作用下,自适应控制系统具有较好的控制精度,增强了液压滑台的适用性。In order to improve the control accuracy of hydraulic slide,an adaptive control system of hydraulic slide is designed.The hydraulic system design of the sliding table is completed with the hydraulic cylinder and reversing valve as the hardware core,and the theoretic simulation is carried out with FluidSIM.An adaptive control system is built through displacement sensors and proportional feedback joint changing.While automatically detecting the displacement of the sliding table in real time,through the effective control of the proportional directional valve,the adaptive adjustment of the hydraulic sliding table is realized and the control accuracy is improved simultaneously.The simulation models of general and adaptive control systems are completed by using AMESim software,and the system simulations are carried out respectively.Through comparison,it is found that under the continuous action of different speeds and loads,the adaptive control system has better control accuracy and enhances the applicability of the hydraulic slide.
