摘 要:针对废气再循环的重型当量燃气机存在各缸燃烧一致性差,难以实现高效稳定燃烧,严重制约其实现“双碳”战略目标的问题,采用新设计的进气方式改善发动机各缸燃烧一致性性能和特征。结果表明:相比原机端面进气方式,新设计的中置进气方式可明显改善各缸的燃烧一致性和性能特征,各缸燃烧差异明显缩小。在低转速为1100 r/min工况时,各缸最大缸压偏差值由端面进气方式的17.4%减少为中置进气方式的6.0%,各缸燃烧温度最大偏差值由19.7%减少为7.0%。此外,高转速工况的改善幅度更大,在高转速为1700 r/min工况时,各缸最大缸压偏差值由端面进气方式的22.0%减少为中置进气方式的6.0%,各缸燃烧温度最大偏差值由26.0%减少为8.5%。研究结果表明,新进气方式通过改善第6缸的燃烧质量,从而显著改善了发动机性能和排放。Aiming at the problem of poor combustion uniformity of each cylinder in heavy-duty equivalent gas engines with exhaust gas recirculation,which made it difficult to achieve efficient and stable combustion and seriously restricts the ability to achieve the goal of the“double carbon”strategy,a newly designed intake method was adopted to improve the combustion uniformity of each cylinder of the engine and its performance characteristics.The results show that,compared with the original end-face intake method,the newly designed centre-mounted intake method can significantly improve the combustion consistency and performance characteristics of each cylinder,and the combustion difference of each cylinder is significantly reduced.Under the low speed of 1100 r/min working condition,the maximum cylinder pressure deviation value of each cylinder is reduced from 17.4%in the end face intake mode to 6.0%in the mid intake,and the maximum combustion temperature deviation value of each cylinder is reduced from 19.7%to 7.0%.In addition,the improvement is even greater at high speeds.At high speed of 1700 r/min,the maximum cylinder pressure deviation of each cylinder is reduced from 22.0%in end suction mode to 6.0%in mid suction mode,and the maximum combustion temperature deviation of each cylinder is reduced from 26.0%to 8.5%.The results show that the new intake significantly improves engine performance and emissions by improving the quality of combustion in cylinder 6.
