列宁青年劳动教育思想的核心要义、鲜明特征及当代启示

摘　　要：全面建设社会主义现代化强国离不开广大青年的劳动实践。列宁的著作、指示、决定等文献中蕴含着“不能不联系政治”、“教育和社会生产劳动紧密结合”、实施“综合技术教育”、培育“全面发展”的青年等劳动教育的重要元素;体现着立足落后国民教育基础的时代性、遵循知行统一教学原则的科学性、承载立德树人任务导向的育人性和担负以人为本目标使命的价值性等特征,包含着丰富的青年劳动教育资源。研究列宁青年劳动教育思想,梳理和把握青年劳动教育的经验和规律,为新时代开展青年劳动教育提供启示借鉴。The comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized strong country cannot be separated from the labor practice of the vast number of young people.Lenin’s works,instructions,decisions,and other literature contain important elements of labor education such as“not being separated from politics”,“close integration of education and social production labor”,implementation of“comprehensive technical education”,and cultivation of“comprehensive development”youth.It embodies the characteristics of the times based on the backward national education foundation,the scientificity of following the principle of unity of knowledge and practice,the education oriented to the task of building morality and cultivating people,and the value of undertaking the mission of people-oriented goals,including rich youth labor education resources.Researching on Lenin’s thought on youth labor education,and sorting out and grasping the experience and laws of youth labor education offer the inspiration and reference for carrying out youth labor education in the new era.
