摘  要:当社会工作专业教师的教学和研究工作集中于发展核心能力时,才能有效培养高质量的专业学生。目前关于社会工作专业教师能力的研究多数局限于对专业素养、学科知识、研究能力和实务经验的概括性评价,往往忽视了对核心能力的精准判断和针对性的改进策略。研究针对高校社会工作专业教师的核心能力进行了深入分析,探讨了提升这些能力的具体途径。研究指出,应重点在强化社会工作价值观和人文情怀、理论与实务的融合、研究与实务的互动转化,以及教学与学生指导能力的提升这四个方面,加强社会工作专业教师的核心能力建设。When the teaching and research activities of university social work teachers focus on the development of core competencies,they can effectively cultivate high-quality professional students.Current research on the capabilities of social work teachers is mostly limited to a general evaluation of professional qualifications,subject knowledge,research capabilities,and practical experience,often overlooking precise assessments and targeted improvement strategies for core competencies.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the core competencies of social work teachers in higher education institutions and explores specific ways to enhance these competencies.The study suggests that emphasis should be placed on strengthening the core competencies of university social work teachers in four key areas:reinforcing social work values and humanistic concerns,integrating theory with practice,fostering the interactive transformation between research and practice,and enhancing teaching and student guidance abilities.
