混合多元教学模式在《民法学》教学改革中的应用

摘  要:《民法典》时代已经来临,《民法学》教学改革亦应当体现时代特色,既要彰显民法的价值影响,又要保障学生课堂主体地位,故体系化、系统化整合讲授《民法学》知识已是当务之急。但当前传统教学模式在教学过程中面临内容上过分重视理论教育、考核评价制度部分不合理、《民法学》知识内容繁杂等制约因素,亟需进行改革。因此,文本认为在民法学教学改革中应当引入混合式教学模式,充分利用“互联网+”平台,注重将案例教学、翻转课堂与慕课融合等教学方法相衔接,教师要注重打通线上线下相结合的多元化混合式教学模式的各个环节,帮助学生掌握《民法典》颁布后的新理念、新制度,并采取增加实践环节保障学生主体地位、更新考核制度等措施,让学生真正做到学有所用、学有所成。The era of"Civil Code"has come,and the teaching reform of"Civil Law"should also reflect the characteristics of the times.It is necessary to highlight the value and influence of Civil Law and ensure the students’authoritative role in the classroom.Therefore,it is imperative to systematically integrate the teaching of Civil Law knowledge.However,the traditional pedagogy shows such limits as excessive emphasis on theoretical contents teaching,unreasonable assessment system,and complicated content of Civil Law knowledge in the teaching process,which urgently needs to be reformed.Therefore,the article holds that in the reform of Civil Law teaching,mixed teaching method should be introduced,the"Internet+"platform should be fully utilized,and teaching methods such as case teaching,flipped class and MOOC should all be integrated with each other.Teachers should pay attention to opening up all links of the diversified mixed teaching mode,so as to help students master the new concepts and systems and take measures to increase practical links to ensure the students’authoritative role and update the assessment system,so that students can truly internalize the knowledge presented in the class and apply what they have learned.
