摘 要:教学改革的目的是为了提高教育质量和效果,以更好地满足学生和社会的需求。根据“一核七翼”混合教学模式的设计,将改良后的课程内涵、结构、思政,教学团队、流程、手段以及评价方式代入具体的教学实践,通过对课堂效果的观察,捕捉学生兴趣点;利用对课后作业的研判,了解学生对专业知识点的掌握情况;经过对期末考察的酌量,检测学生对专业知识体系的认知和了解程度。一方面,通过细节的归整形成数据化表征,用数据还原真相,对原有设计提出再次改良。另一方面,通过对部分项目经理进行访谈,对课程结构的顺序、关键点和关注重点进行调整,旨在设计出更为切合学生心理,促进课程学习效果的教学模式。The aim of the teaching reform is to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in order to better meet the needs of students and society.Based on the design of the"One Core,Seven Wings"blended teaching model,the improved course content,structure,philosophy,teaching team,process,tools and evaluation methods are put into practice.The classroom is observed to capture students'interests;the use of a critique of post-course assignments to understand students'mastery of professional knowledge;the extent to which students'knowledge and understanding of the body of expertise is tested through the discretionary assessment of final examinations.On the one hand,the data-based representation is formed through the consolidation of details,and the data is used to restore the truth and propose another improvement to the original design.On the other hand,the sequence,key points and focus of the course structure were adjusted through interviews with some of the project managers.The aim is to design a teaching model that is more relevant to the psychology of the students and promotes the learning outcomes of the course.
