高职学生创业意愿影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：创业是大学生实现就业的一种重要形式,创业意愿的强弱直接影响学生是否创业。为了探究影响创业意愿的因素有哪些,以及这些因素对创业意愿的影响程度如何,基于对北京市高职院校大学生创业意愿和创业影响因素的问卷调查数据,从家庭、学校教育与课程、个人成长积累、社会政策与大环境四个维度,运用主成分分析法和多元回归模型进行了实证分析。研究发现:(1)选取的四个维度的因素对大学生创业意愿有显著影响。(2)影响程度显著性由大到小排序:家庭因素、学校教育与课程因素、个人成长积累、社会政策与大环境。最后,从推进家校联动机制,携手帮扶大学生创业;优化高校大学生创新创业教育人才培养体系;政府层面打造创业友好型社会文化环境;重视认知环境建设,各学段融入创业精神教育等方面提出了对策建议。Entrepreneurship is an important form of employment for college students.The students'entrepreneurial intention has an effect on students'starting a business or not.In order to find the factors that affect entrepreneurial intention and the degrees that affect entrepreneurial intention,this paper studies the issues of Beijing higher vocational college students'entrepreneurial intention by using survey data,from the four dimensions of family,school education and curriculum,personal growth,and social policy and environment.Using principal component analysis and multiple regression model to carry an empirical analysis,it is found that the four dimensions factors have significant impact on the students'entrepreneurial intention.According to the research conclusion,some suggestions are given on strengthening family-school interaction,teaching system,social environment,construction environment,and the studies provides construction for our country to encourage entrepreneurship.
