新冠感染疫情背景下大学数学教师在线教学策略与信念探究

摘　　要：随着疫情常态化和教育技术的发展,在线教学已经成为大学数学课程教学的一部分。研究采取质性个案研究方法,以3位大学数学教师作为研究对象,对其在疫情背景下的在线教学策略和信念进行分析和研究。研究发现,一方面,通过使用慕课资源、开发辅助教学材料和相应短视频、增加案例分析及在线互动,可以有效提升在线教学效果。另一方面,教师的数学、数学学习、数学教学的信念在指引教师选择其教学策略时,起到主导性的作用。最后,该研究给出以下建议,大学数学教师应始终坚持以学生为中心的教学宗旨;教师应主动在引导学生自主学习、在线监督、直播授课等环境中实现角色转变;高校应该从政策导向和技术支持方面为教师提供帮助。With the normalization of the epidemic(COVID-19)and the development of educational technology,online teaching has become part of the teaching of mathematics courses in colleges and universities.This study applies qualitative research method and takes three college mathematics teachers as the research subjects to analyze and study their online teaching strategies and beliefs in the epidemic COVID-19.The research found that:on the one hand,by using MOOC resources,developing auxiliary teaching materials and corresponding short videos,increasing case studies and online interaction,the effect of online teaching can be effectively improved.On the other hand,teachers'beliefs in mathematics,mathematics learning,and mathematics teaching play a leading role in guiding teachers to choose their teaching strategies.Finally,this study gives the following suggestions:Firstly,college mathematics teachers should always adhere to the student-centered teaching philosophy.Secondly,teachers should take the initiative to change their roles on guide of students'independent learning,online supervision,live teaching,etc.Thirdly,colleges and universities should help teachers in terms of policy guidance and technical support.
