摘　　要：目的调查云南省红河州重症医学科医师资格、执业范围等现况,为医师人才培养提供基础数据参考与支持。方法本调查为横断面现况调查,首先召开会议,统一调查表的填写要求,在2022年6月20日-2022年6月22日由各重症医学科的负责人填写电子表格发送到指定E-mail,最后收集上报信息,完成数据统计和分析。结果全州19家重症医学科共有医师116人,平均34.7岁,硕士4人(3.4%),医师资格类别为临床的109人(94%),医师资格专业为临床的90人(77.6%),重症医学1人;执业类别为临床的107人(92.2%),执业范围内科57人(49.1%),重症医学24人(20.7%);获重症医学技术职称的32人(27.6%)。结论需要在政策上对重症医学科医师执业种类、范围职称晋升进行调整,支持人才成长。Objective To investigate the status quo of physicians qualifications and scope of practice in the Department of Critical Care Medicine in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province,and to provide basic data reference and support for the training of physicians.Methods This survey was a cross-sectional survey.First,a meeting was held to unify the requirements for filling out the questionnaire.From June 20 to June 22,2022,the person in charge of each Department of Critical Care Medicine filled in the spreadsheet and sent it to the designated E-mail.Results There were 116 physicians in 19 Departments of Intensive Care Medicine in the Prefecture,with an average age of 34.7 years old,4 with master s degree(3.4%),109(94%)doctors were clinical in categories of medical qualification,90(77.6%)doctors were clinical in specialty of medical qualification,and 1 with intensive care medicine.Among them,107(92.2%)were clinical practitioners,57(49.1%)were internal medicine practitioners,and 24(20.7%)were critical medicine practitioners.32(27.6%)doctors obtained technical title of critical care medicine.Conclusions In order to suppot the growth of talents,It is necessary to adjust the policies of categories of physician practice and range of professional title promotion for the dotors in the Department of Critical Care Medicine.
