摘　　要：为适应地方经济产业发展和应用型本科院校的特色发展需求,某学院物理系光电信息科学与工程专业与地方高新光电企业深度开展校企合作,实践与探索应用型人才培养方案。通过在合作机制、培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台等方面进行革新,实践与探索培养具有工程实践能力和创新精神的应用型人才,提升学生就业率,服务于区域光电产业发展。In order to actively adapt to the requirements of the local economic industry development and the characteristic development of the application undergraduate colleges,the optoelectronics information science and engineering major from the physics department of a particular college has carried out the depth cooperative education with the local high-tech photoelectric enterprises,to explore and practice the training program of the application-oriented talents.Through innovations in the cooperation mechanism,the talents training mode,the curriculum system,the teaching team,the practice platform,and so on,we will explore and practice the cultivation of the talents with the engineering practical ability and the spirit of innovation,to improve the graduate employment rate and serve the regional optoelectronics industry development.
