摘 要:大型仪器设备是建设创新型国家的重要支撑,而高水平的实验技术队伍是提高大型仪器设备使用效益、促进科技自立自强和人才培养质量提升的关键因素。基于问卷调查结果,目前大型仪器设备技术队伍专业能力发展主要存在三组矛盾:学历水平提高与职称评审受限间的矛盾、岗位高要求与专业能力不足间的矛盾、专业培训需求强烈与培训制度不健全间的矛盾,其原因是技术人才队伍的管理理念落后、职称评审政策落实不到位、多类制度建设缺失、专业能力发展指导缺位等。该文提出了有关对策建议,以期为新时代大型仪器设备技术队伍高质量建设提供参考。Large-scale instruments and equipment is an important support for building an innovative country,and high-level technical team is a key factor to improve the use efficiency of large instruments and equipment,promote scientific and technological self-reliance and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,there are three main contradictions in the development of professional abilities of large instrument and equipment technical teams,namely the contradiction between improving educational level and limited professional title evaluation,the contradiction between high job requirements and insufficient professional abilities,and the contradiction between strong demand for professional training and inadequate training systems.The reason lies in the outdated management concept of the technical team,inadequate implementation of professional title evaluation policies,lack of multi category institutional construction,and lack of professional ability development guidance.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the high-quality construction of large instrument and equipment technical teams in the new era.
