摘 要:许多高等职业院校学生对待自身所学专业的态度比较消极,这成为我国高职教育面临的一大困境.文章以闽江师范高等专科学校为个案,通过对其一万余名在校生进行配额抽样,选出了202名学生作为样本展开专业认同调查.采用T检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等数据分析方法得出如下调查结果:入学动机、学习成绩、参赛情况、专业满意度等因素对专业认同及其子维度有一定程度的影响,而年级、性别、专业类别对专业认同及其子维度的影响程度较低.因此,从入学动机、学习成绩、参赛情况、专业满意度等方面着手,提出专业认同的培养建议.The negative attitude of students towards their majors becomes a major dilemma of our higher vocational education in China.Taking Minjiang Teachers College as a case,this study conducts quota sampling on over 10,000 current students and selects 202 students as the sample for a profession-al identity survey.Through T-test,one-factor variance,correlation and regression analysis,the survey results were obtained:the factors such as admission motivation,academic performance,participation in competitions and professional satisfaction have a certain degree of impact on professional identity and its sub-dimensions,while the grade,gender and major category has a lower impact on professional iden-tity and its sub-dimensions.Therefore,based on the aspects of admission motivation,academic perfor-mance,participation in competitions and professional satisfaction,this study proposes some suggestions for the cultivation of professional identity.
