国际《灾害护理核心能力(Ⅲ级)》标准解读及对我国灾害护理人才培养的启示

摘　　要：目的对2022年国际护士理事会(ICN)发布的最新《灾害护理核心能力(Ⅲ级)》进行分析解读,为我国灾害护理核心能力教育、培训提供参考。方法对《灾害护理核心能力(Ⅲ级)》的适用对象及8个领域更新的Ⅲ级核心能力标准英文版进行分析解读,结合相关文献分析推广《灾害护理核心能力(Ⅲ级)》及加强我国灾害护理人才培养的必要性,并对灾害护理人才的培养路径进行探索分析。结果我国灾害护理人才培养可从学历教育、继续教育及学科建设方面着手。结论《灾害护理核心能力(Ⅲ级)》为参加应急救援队护士的相关核心能力提出了具体标准,有利于今后开展针对性的教育培训。Objective To analyze and interpret the latest Disaster Nursing Core Competencies(levelⅢ)released by the International Council of Nurses(ICN)in 2022 and provide reference for disaster nursing core competency education and training in China.Methods The English version of the applicable objects of the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies(LevelⅢ)and the updated LevelⅢcore competency standards in 8 fields were analyzed and interpreted,and the necessity of promoting the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies(levelⅢ)and strengthening the cultivation of disaster nursing talents in China were analyzed by using literature analysis method in combination with related literature,and the cultivation path of disaster nursing talents was explored and analyzed.Results The cultivation of disaster nursing talents in China could be started from the aspects of academic education,continuing education,and discipline construction.Conclusion The Disaster Nursing Core Competencies(levelⅢ)puts forward specific standards for the relevant core competencies of nurses participating in emergency rescue teams,which is conducive to the development of targeted education and training in the future.
