摘 要:目的分析在中医急症临床教学中开展CBL教学法的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月期间兰山区马厂湖镇卫生院中医科26名中医实习生作为研究对象,通过电脑随机选取方式分成观察组和对照组,每组13名,对照组实习生给予常规教学法,观察组实习生开展CBL教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果观察组学习兴趣以及自主学习意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医患沟通技巧、风险识别能力、临床应对能力、解决问题能力、急症救治病历书写能力及团队配合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床中医理论知识以及实践操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CBL教学法应用于中医急症临床带教理中,可使临床带教质量得到进一步提升,提高实习生的学习兴趣以及自主学习意识,增强实习生的临床综合能力,从而能够为临床培养出更加优秀的医学人才。Objective To analyze the application effect of CBL teaching method in the clinical tutoring of Chinese medicine acute diseases.Methods From April 2021 to April 2023,26 interns of traditional Chinese Medicine Depart⁃ment of Machanghu Town Health Center in Lanshan District were selected as the research objects and divided into ob⁃servation group and control group by computer random selection,with 13 in each group.Interns in the control group were given conventional teaching method,while interns in the observation group were given CBL teaching method,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning interest and self-learning con⁃sciousness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The scores of doctor-patient communication skills,risk identification ability,clinical coping ability,problem solving ability,emergency case writing ability and teamwork ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical theoretical knowl⁃edge and practical operation ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method in TCM emergency clinical teaching doctrine can further improve the quality of clinical teach⁃ing,improve the learning interest and self-learning awareness of interns,and enhance the clinical comprehensive abil⁃ity of interns,so as to cultivate more excellent medical talents for clinical practice.
